I found again some of others of my stock now by this woman who called herself "Pink Lotty Designs". She used three of my stocks (Tendrils and Crown) and make some new stocks of it and sell it. She has a fake-account here on DA :iconpinklotty: She visited my stock-account again in the morning, haha (maybe to "shop" again my stocks). I think she used also one of my crowns in the gift-set. I don´t know it, because than I have to buy my own stocks Here are the screenshots:

There is a mystery about this picture: I already published it 2 days ago... but it disappeared from my pages! I'm sure I never deleted it... I apologize for all the groups which published the first picture and don't have it anymore in their gallery, and for the (numerous) people who faved it.

I re-downloaded it back, I hope it will stay. I got all the required permissions from the stock providers.

My stock gallery has been stolen, too. You can find my picture on this Russan website: [link] - and they put their signature on it!

So, I had the strange idea to get a look on Google... and found 10 pages of this picture!

I don't know what I can do against the thefts of stock pictures which, by definition, can't have a watermark. I'm affraid I'll only put small pictures on my stock gallery and, if you want to download them, you'll need to ask me by note. I'll continue to give them for free, but I want to control if you'll really use it for your artwork. Sorry for those who only want to get them as wallpapers, it will not be possible in the future: my stock will be strictly allowed for people doing photomanipulations (or traditional artists using my pictures as reference) only.

Of course, this will not be applied on my old stock (my pictures are too numerous), but on all my future pictures.

This will give me a lot of work. So, the number of the pictures I'll upload will certainly be reduced. If I think that it gives me too many work, I'll probably stop to upload new pictures. I'm sorry about that, but I'm tired to fight against thieves again and again.

This picture has been stolen once more and sold on Facebook (Facebook link: [link] ). The published version is an old one, published before I added the watermark.  The worse for me is that the thief pretends to fight against breathcancer to do a personal profit (I had a breathcancer in 2001). You know what? I'm tired...

Here is the translation in French of: "This image is my intellectual property. You do not have permission to put in your blog. I demand that you remove it immediately" -> "C'est mon image, elle est ma propriété intellectuelle. Tu n'as pas à la publier dans ton blog sans ma permission. Je te demande de la retirer de là immédiatement."

ROSERIC [link] has open a blog [link] to stole THOUSANDS Deviant artworks (about 120 000). She don't put any link , don't ask any permission, but arase the signatures, put hers, and invite everybody to use them.

In spite of all the warnings she get, from me and many other deviants, she didn't stop. She only removed a few pictures.

You may help me in the purpose to obtain the closure of her blog, by contacting the French host: [link] and ask him for the closure of the incriminated blog. Here is the mail I sent to him (in French):

J'AI BESOIN D'AIDE. J'ai été pillée, comme quelques dizaines ou centaines d'autres artistes de DA (plusieurs milliers voire dizaines de milliers d'images) par une blogueuse sans scrupules, qui invite hardiment tout le monde à se servir! Or, il se trouve qu'elle est Française, ce qui laisse une chance de pouvoir la poursuivre, à condition d'en avoir les moyens (mon assurance ne couvre pas la protection des droits artistiques). This rule being respected, you are free to use them as you want to. Just credit me in your description with a link back to the original stock picture or to my main page, and leave me a comment with a link to the deviation you've created, so I could  it. A fav will be appreciate, but is not necessary.

Be creative, DON'T USE MY STOCK if you're only going to do minor changes like changing hue/saturation, texture overlay, or only put a border around the picture, etc. And, of course, don't use it and claim it's yours if you don't use it as a resource for your own artwork, and publish it without any change.
