All stocks, EXCEPT SOME PREMADE BACKGROUNDS, are UNRESTRICTED, but UNRESTRICTED STOCK DOES'NT MEAN WITHOUT ANY RULE!

YOU MUST:
- leave a link to both my stock account and a direct link to the stock you used next to my name.
- leave a link to your finished artwork on the page where the stock is listed, so I could fave it
(if it is published on DA).

YOU CAN:
- Do everything you want with my stock
- Print your picture without asking for the permission
- Publish your picture everywhere without asking for the permission
- Use my stock for premade BG, pre-cut pictures, brushes, etc... But always credit me.
- Commercial use of the pictures done with all my stock, except premade, is allowed. But, of course, if you get a lot of money, a contribution will be appreciated!... ;)

YOU CAN'T:
- REPOST THE ORIGINAL PHOTO ON ANY SITE. It must be either digitally altered or used as reference first, but not reposted in its original form. Do NOT just add a piece of text, add a texture etc. Be creative!
- PUT YOUR SIGNATURE on my pictures or CLAIM IT'S YOUR OWN
- And, of course, a COMMERCIAL USE of the original picture IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!

All my stock pictures are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial 3.0 License.

PREMADE BACKGROUNDS. You must follow the SAME RULES AND:

YOU MUST:
- Credit, link and notify ALL THE STOCK PROVIDERS.
- Follow the rules of ALL THE STOCK PROVIDERS. For example, if one of them doesn't allow the use out of DA, you can't publish your artwork outside. Etc.

I know, it's a bit tedious, even if the links to all the stock providers are always put in my description. I'll try to use more of my own stock in the future and to reduce the number of the stock providers. :) But you really must follow this rules: it is not only the condition for me to be allowed to use some stocks, but, mostly, it is right, it is the way to respect the work of the stock providers.

YOU CAN'T:
- Just add a text on it, and claim it's your own.
- Use it for promoting hate, racism, etc.
- Use my premade BG for doing premade BG, pre-cut pictures, brushes, etc...
- Copy my premade BG, using the same stock and composition, without crediting the stock providers. And you must ask me for the permission first.
- Except for prints on DA, commercial use of work done with my premade backgrounds is usually not allowed: if it is allowed, it is specified under the picture.

All my premade backgrounds are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial 3.0 License.

TRADITIONAL ARTWORKS.

Traditional artworks inspired by my stock are TOTALLY UNRESTRICTED and don't have to follow any rule, you don't have to credit me (except for premades: if you want to use them as model, you must credit me). But I'll be pleased if you send me a link to your picture, so I could fave it. :D

Question: I've been working on a medieval era OCT and was trying to find images to help fill in the gaps for some areas that haven't been drawn. Would it be alright to link to your stock as an example of what that area would look like? Not exactly mind you, more like, aesthetic inspiration.

If the premade background is altered thoroughly from your file do we still need to send back credit to all the original providers or just yourself?
In the one I used there are like 4 different blend layers at different opacities that are modified with different filters to merge into the background you see...

You allways need to send back credit to all the original providers. It is a bit tedious, I know, but it is the condition for me to use some of them in my premades. :)
